Up to one(1) onsite service visit per calendar quarter.
Service Rates:
Standard Service Rate: $100/hr
Emergency Service Rate: $300/hr
A standard one hour charge is minimum for both emergency and standard rates and then billed out in 15 minutes intervals.
Emergency services include but are not limited to: service requests occurring outside of normal business hours, weekends, holidays, or situations requiring immediate response as determined by Florida Keys Technology Services, LLC in its sole discretion.
Local Resident and Service Member Discount:
A discount of ten percent (10%) shall apply to clients who meet one or more of the following criteria:
The client is an individual residential customer physically located within the Florida Keys;
The services are provided for personal, non-commercial use;
The account is not classified as a small business, enterprise, commercial, or organizational account;
The client is an active or retired member of law enforcement, fire services, emergency medical services (EMS), or the United States Armed Forces, including National Guard or Reserve components.
Florida Keys Technology Services reserves the right to request reasonable verification of eligibility and to revoke the discount if eligibility requirements are no longer met.
Billing and Payment Terms:
Monthly service plan fees shall be billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
Hourly services shall be billed in increments of one (1) hour unless otherwise stated in writing.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, travel fees, materials, or third-party costs, which shall be billed separately if applicable.
Nonpayment or late payment may result in service suspension or termination in accordance with the terms of the applicable service agreement.
Modification of Fees:
Florida Keys Technology Services reserves the right to modify pricing, fees, or service plan terms upon written notice to the client in accordance with the notice provisions of the governing agreement.
